WhatsApp Beta for Android 2.22.18.17 prepares login permissions

WhatsApp is in beta for Android (version 2.22.18.17) Notes on a new security feature. The whole thing hasn’t been activated yet, but preparations are being made in the background: If someone logs into a device with your WhatsApp account, you’ll receive an in-app message. Telegram users know this little game.

So if someone logs in to your WhatsApp account with another smartphone, you will first receive a message in the installed app on the previous device and you have to confirm. A six-digit code is required for this.

WABetaInfo reported on this adjustment and already have the above screenshot ready. It is unclear what will happen if you no longer have the old device. You can already see a hint in the screenshot at the bottom, but at the moment you don’t know exactly how to proceed. Let’s wait and see when this adjustment will be activated.
