Again and again on Sundays week 32

I hope you’ve had a lovely week so far. Maybe some of the tech news could sweeten your time? For example, my announcement of the week was that in the fifth season of my current favorite series “Cobra Kai” an old acquaintance will appear: Sean Kanan, who played the antagonist Mike Barnes in the third film, will return in this role.

On Thursday, Xiaomi unpacked some new announcements – such as the new foldable Xiaomi Mix Fold 2. This is joined by the Tablet Pad 5 Pro 12.4, a very interesting tablet that some readers would certainly welcome on the German market. Another surprise was the humanoid robot CyberOne, whose development seems to be at a very early stage.

The South Koreans from Samsung were there the day before. They too want to cause a sensation again with foldables. In the case of Samsung, these are the two devices Galaxy Z Fold4 and the folding phone Galaxy Z Flip4. There were also the two smartwatches Galaxy Watch5 and Galaxy Watch5 Pro. And if you are interested in other wearables, you might want to take a closer look at the Galaxy Buds2 Pro.

The crypto industry, which is currently stumbling, has to report negative headlines: the crypto bank Nuri is insolvent . Less good news also came from Nothing: The Nothing Phone (1) is now being advertised with a significantly lower display brightness after some reviews pointed out a discrepancy between the manufacturer’s information and the actual measured values.

Last Sunday I published my review of the Ecovacs Deebot X1 Omni. Strong vacuum robot that can and must compete directly with the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra. The test of the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 was also published here in the blog. I still like the entry-level fitness bracelet very much, but the price is slowly entering areas where Xiaomi should add more features.

Finally, on behalf of the whole team, I wish you a relaxing day and a successful start to the new week on Monday. Caschy, Benny, Olli, Felix and I are happy if you continue to look into the blog and leave a comment. There will of course be more articles to read on the blog throughout the day. As a conclusion, the ten most read posts of the last week follow.
