Booth Rental and Facilities
1.Each standard booth is 9㎡ (3m*3m), equipped with one Chinese/English fascia board, three side boards, one table, two chairs, one fluorescent lamp, one socket and one waste basket.
2. Booth rental:
Boon in central pavilion: RMB 12000/booth
Indoor standard booth on 1st floor: USD 1100/booth
Indoor standard booth on 2nd floor: USD 1000/booth
Outdoor bare-space: USD 60/㎡
15% service charge is allowed on the price for the booth organizer.

Exhibitor Registration:

1. Register on line: log on the official website of the Urumqi Fair, fill in the 17th Urumqi Fair Booths Registration Form and the submit it to Urumqi Fair Office;
2. Register with the Urumqi Fair Office, mail or fax the 17th Urumqi Fair Booths Registration Form to the Urumqi Fair Office upon filling in necessary information;
3. Deadline for booth registration: July 31, 2008

Visitor Registration:

1. Apply for 2008 Urumqi Fair invitation letter from Urumqi Fair Office, fill in the reply slip fax it to Urumqi Fair Office;
2. Register on line, fill in the 17th Urumqi Fair Visitor Registration Form on line , mail or fax to Urumqi Fair Office, for the visitor who apply for landing visa, the copy of passport is also necessary;
3. With the invitation letter or visa notice letter, please go to the Chinese embassy or consulate general in your country for entry visa;
4. Upon arriving in Urumqi, please enroll in the registration office of Urumqi Fair Service Center, holding with your passport, one-inch personal photo, business card and visitor registration form;
