News from Tianshan Net: (by reporter Han Xue and photographer Zhang Xinjun) On the evening of June 9th, the First Xinjiang (China) International Folk Dance Festival    un-curtained its prelude. As one of the shows in the evening, Guangxi folk drama “Bagui Grand Songs” was played in Xinjiang People’s Conference Hall, which brought the song from Sister Liu Sanjie’s hometown to the border town. 

Xinjiang People's Hall was fully packed and full of enthusiastic applause in that evening. During the performance of more then two hours, Guangxi folk songs took the lead and were supported with unique dances, beautiful figures and images. The local folk drama “Bagui Grand Songs” that presented people’s images through languages brought an artistic enjoyment combining vision and voices to the audiences.
