On the morning of Jan.16th, the CPPCC members from different democratic parties, social sciences circle, economy field as well as economic, industrial and commerce federations attending the 1st session of the 10th CPPCC XJ Committee conducted group discussion on the government work report.

In the discussion, CPPCC members, including Deng Ping, Chen Qi, Yong Qixin, Dong Xinguang, Chi Chongqing, Niu Ruji, Teng Yufen, Wen Hao, Zhang Ye and Li Anmin, successively made remarks on the issues of XJ’s new type industrialization and energy conservation in building, etc.

After listening to their remarks, Wang Lequan, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, secretary of CPC XJ Committee said that the CPPCC XJ Committee has gathered experts from all fields, and their suggestions are all prospective. He stressed that XJ should rely on science and technology in developing its agriculture, make careful investigation on the farm produces market, and complement the resource advantages between south and north XJ. While in developing the new type industrialization, we should steadfastly adhere to the policy of introducing powerful enterprises and groups in transforming our advantageous resources. We should also consistently open up our mind, timely adjust the measures for reform and press ahead the all-round development of XJ.

At last, Wang Lequan expressed his hope that the CPPCC members can keep carrying forward their good traditions in carefully studying issues and actively offering advice for the Party Committee and government.

Aisihaiti Kelimubai, Yang Gang, Han Yong, Li Yi, Xiaokaiti Yiming, Bai Zhijie and other leaders of XJ also joined the group discussion.
