XJ has carried out various measures to solve the employment problems for the zero employment families, aiming to make at least one member in such family get employed before July 31st, and make the members from newly appeared zero employment families after August 1st get employed within 24 hours. The employment problems for zero employment families in urban areas will be solved within the year.

In the early morning, some community staff workers from Jinghe Town of Jinghe County, Bortala Prefecture come to the comprehensive welfare house in the county, to visit Nurnisha, a resident working here from their community.

Presently, Bortala Prefecture has helps all the zero employment families find jobs again through offering public service posts.
Different from Jinghe County, Shaya County of Aksu Prefecture offers free skill and bilingual training to people from zero employment families,to help them find job.

At present, all places in the region have set up basic files for zero employment families. Till May,2010, 183,600 people have found jobs under the help of government, the employment problems of 21,003 zero employment families have been solved. Now,the employment assistance system for the people with difficulties in finding jobs has been initially set up.
