XJ has become the largest region dealing with foreign trade in central and west China. And a batch of foreign trade flagship enterprises have grown robustly. Among them, 59 enterprises see annual import and export trade volume of over 100 mln USD.

XJ China now has more foreign trade cooperation with the countries and regions in central Asia and Russia, thus it sees more and more import and export enterprises. According to the statistics, now the enterprises with over 100 mln USD of import and export value in XJ have increased to 59 from 34 in 2008. PetroChina International Co., Ltd in Alataw Pass, XJ Sanbao, TBEA and COFCO XJ Tunhe outstand from over 1,000 foreign trade enterprises, and become domestic famous foreign trade enterprises.

This year, XJ will give more preferential policies and fund to support the big import and export enterprises against the global financial crisis and maintain the sustainable development of foreign trade.
