According to the statistics from the department of XJ Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine that, up to now, the cargo volume at Alataw Pass has got three breakthroughs,and the export cargo volume ranked top in the land ports of China.

It is leaned that,the three breakthroughs respectively are: since the port opened for cargos,it firstly has over 100,000 batches of cargos；the cargo weight is over 17.24 mln tons and in 2007 it was only 17.03 mln tons；besides, in 2007,the cargo value reached 7.906 bln USD and it has reached 11.421 bln USD now, which increased by a big margin.
