BEIJING, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- Standard Chartered Bank (China) Ltd. on Friday signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with China Communications Construction Company Ltd. (CCCC), the country's top port, road and bridge construction and design enterprise to provide financial services.
