On Sep.9th, the No.1 mine project of XJ Huadian Qitai Xiheishan  laid foundation at the south mining area of the east Junggar Basin coalfield. The project is a key energy construction project in the 11th 5-Year Program of XJ. It symbolizes that another powerful domestic big enterprise has settled down at the East Junggar Basin thermal power and coal chemical industrial belt.The construction of the thermal power integrated industries is stepping forward in XJ. Wang Lequan, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, secretary of CPC XJ Committee,Yun Gongmin,president of China Huadian Corporation attended the foundation laying ceremony and made speeches.
