On the afternoon of August 26th, Nuer Baikeli,deputy secretary of CPC XJ Committee, chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region and other leaders of XJ held a talk with the inspection group, led by Li Wuwei, vice chairman of CPPCC National Committee, executive vice chairman of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang. They talk on issues of establishing and improving the compensation mechanism of XJ's pastural ecology.

The grassland area in XJ is 860 mln mu. In recent years, XJ totally invested 1.927 bln yuan to implement pastural eco-construction programs, which effectively promote the economic development in herding areas and the eco-construction of the grassland.
