At present, Heavenly Lake Scenic Spot has accumulatively invested 140 mln Yuan in carrying out its wetland protection program and water resource harness project. Kanas Scenic Spot also invested 1.718 bln Yuan in infrastructure reconstruction and improvement. Since this year, XJ has started all-round reconstruction and improvement on infrastructure construction. At present, XJ Finance has arranged 22 mln Yuan in the construction on 68 toilets in 42 scenic spots. Meanwhile, the publication and promotion fee every year will increase to 12 mln Yuan from 10 mln Yuan, and the tourism development fund has reached 7 mln yuan from the past 3 mln yuan.
