XJ's summer grain purchase is in smooth progress. The grain departments at all places stage out many measures to improve the service and quicken summer grain purchase.

In Qinghe County of Altay Prefecture, in order to prevent the wheat from being caught in the rain during the airing, the grain stations not only offer shelters, but also employ  workers to help move the grain. The grain department of Jimnai County improves the equipments for some grain stations, so as to offer convenience for farmers to shake wheat, unload and ect. It is learned that, this year, Altay Prefecture totally set up 36 grain purchase sites and the summer grain purchase is near to its end.

In order to motivate farmers to hand in more quality grain, the grain department of Tacheng Prefecture furthers the policy publicity,strengthens the market supervision to keep the grain market in good order.

Presently, 4 prefectures of XJ including Aksu and Hotan have finished the summer grain purchase work.
