On the morning of Aug. 19th, Nuer Baikeli,deputy secretary of CPC XJ Committee, chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region held a talk with Li Chengyu, party secretary and president of the board of All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (ACFSMC) who comes to XJ for inspection.
