On the afternoon of August 13th, conference for the leaders in charge in prefectures and cities of XJ was held. Wang Lequan, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, secretary of CPC XJ Committee stressed at the conference that, departments in all places of XJ should further enhance their sense of responsibility and mission, unify their thoughts and deeds following the decision on maintaining XJ's stability made by the CPC Central committee and CPC XJ committee, keep high vigilance and enhance the basic work at grassroots, maintain the order of production and living, and put all efforts to ensure the overall social and political stablility.
