The Olympic sports events are under tense competition.On Aug.13th and 14th, athletes from XJ successively show up in archery, boxing, sand volleyball and dressage. People of different nationalities in XJ keep their eyes on the sports events in different ways to cheer for Chinese athletes and wish them better results.

On August 13th, Olympic archery men's individual competitions opened successively. Xue Haifeng from XJ was finally beaten by Jay Lyon from Canada. The archery men's team of China all failed to enter the last 32 of the archery men's individual competition. While in the Men's Super Heavy Weight(91kg) Boxing competition, XJ boxer Nijiati Yushan was also defeated by Ukraine athlete Oleksandr Usyk.

Although the athletes from XJ did not win into further competitions, their relatives and people from their hometowns still consider them as heroes.
