On the morning of Aug 12th, Nuer Baikeli,deputy secretary of CPC XJ Committee, chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region had a discussion with the inspection group of members of China Association for Science and Technology under the CPPCC National Committee.  He emphasized that, we should push forward the science literacy work for youth, farmers and herdsmen, labours in towns and  townships, leading cadres and public servicemen in XJ, thus providing talents and intellectual guarantee for building a moderately prosperous society in an all round way in XJ.
