Now TBEA has over 500 core patent techniques with independent intellectual property right on power transmission and transformation,new materials and new energy. With these new technologies, its products not only meet the demand of state key projects, but are also exported to nearly 60 countries and regions, such as America.

At present,there are 136 new and high-tech enterprises inclusive of TBEA in XJ. Meanwhile, XJ also plays advantageous role in subjects and fields with reference to advanced natural resource and special eco-environment and got a large batch of innovation results. XJ also strengthened sci-tech talents team construction continuously. Up to the end of 2007, 416,900 people were engaged in the sci-tech field.
