Now the summer grain purchase in XJ is in smooth progress. With the preferential policies, farmers show high enthusiasm in handing in grain. Till July 29th, the State-owned grain enterprises have purchased 700 mln kgs of grain.
The purchase and reserve company of Habahe Grain Bureau started to purchase summer grain recently, thus all the summer grain purchase work has been unfolded in Altay Prefecture.

QIAREFU，farmer of Akeqi town in Habahe county:

"The policy is very good, I can earn more than 11,000 Yuan this year except the grain direct subsidy by the state."

With the acceleration of summer grain purchase, Usu City has granted the grain subsidy orderly. In order to stop the grain subsidy from misappropriation, the financial department of Usu city directly entered the subsidy to farmer's account which is called financial subsidy card. Farmers can take their ID card and residence booklet to credit cooperatives to get subsidy of 0.2 Yuan for per kg of wheat.

In Aksu, Changji and other places, the purchasing places are crowded with vehicles, and the farmers are full of joy.

"For the good policy, I will hand in all the grain except the grain ration this year.
Now the summer grain purchase of Hotan Prefecture is coming to end. The purchase situation is better than the previous years, and the quality is stable. Statistics from the grain department of XJ show that, till July 29th, the state-owned enterprises have purchased 699.98 mln kgs of grain, taking up 35% of the planned task, 131.81 mln kgs more than the same period of last year."
