Journalists learned from XJ Finance Bureau that, XJ has made policy decisions on finance and tax revenue in the fields of mineral resources exploration and profit distribution of processing. The decisions include reform on collection and refunding of mineral resources compensation, adjustment of resource tax appropriation as well as refunding the tax of XJ's mineral processing enterprises to local resource places.
