On the afternoon of June 24th, Wang Lequan, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, Secretary of CPC XJ Committee, met with Yang Houlan, Chinese ambassador to Afghanistan and his wife in Urumqi. Wang Lequan hopes that with the support of the ambassador and the embassy, XJ will enhance the foreign publicity strength to let more people learn the economic and social development of XJ. He also hopes to promote the exchanges and cooperation of XJ China with Afghanistan in the fields of economy and society for common development.
