On the afternoon of June 23rd, Nuer Baikeli, deputy secretary of CPC XJ Committee, chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region and other leaders of XJ held a talk with the State Ethnic Affairs Commission inspection group, led by Yang Jing, Director of State Ethnic Affairs Commission.
