The report meeting on advanced deeds of the heroes in fighting against the Wenchuan earthquake was held in XJ People's Hall on the morning of June 18th.
The report meeting started in the National Anthem of the People's Republic China. Then, all the attendants to the meeting stood up to mourn for the dead in Wenchuan Earthquake for one minute.
Wang Lequan, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, secretary of CPC XJ Committee attended the report meeting.
At the meeting, the six members of the report group told with deep feelings the moving stories of their strenuous fighting against the earthquake at the forefront despite great difficulties and dangers.
The people's hall that can hold over 2,600 people had a full house. The deeply-touching and heart-rendering deeds of the heroes and models moved many audience to tears. Their applauses resounded with the heroes' reports in the hall, and could hardly calm down.
