On June 12th, the 10th conference of Sino-Russian Frontier Economic and Trade Coordinating Committee concluded. And the summary signing ceremony was held at the conference.
According to the summary, the two sides will enhance the cooperation with Mongolia, make efforts in establishing the green passage on international road transportation among China, Mongolia and Russia, and try to open Tarkshken Port and Hongshanzui Port to the 3rd country. XJ, China will join hands with Russia to promote the opening of Kanas Port and study the possibility of irregular chartered flights on the international air route from Urumqi to Barnaul.  
The two sides also made agreements on further exerting the function of the committee and promoting the economic and trade cooperation in frontier areas between China and Russia.
