Presently, the preparations for the first China Xinjiang International Folk Dance Festival have been well underway. Take a closer look.
At XJ Sports Center, the dance troupes from Tibet and Sichuan are rehearsing. The native dance troupes of XJ are also in tense rehearsal.
It is learned that, the national dance troupes from close to 10 countries as well as domestic and XJ native dance troupes will participate in the festival. The performances will be held at over 10 theaters in Urumqi City and Changji City.
The opening ceremony is the largest indoor performance in XJ's history. It invites farmous actors and actresses and uses best sound facilities, stage lights and special effects.
