From May 31st to June 1st, Nuer Baikeli, Deputy Secretary of CPC XJ Committee, Chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region, made inspection in Kashgar on the reconstruction of the old district. He emphasized that, the reconstruction work should base on the principle of human-oriented and consider the possible dangers. With high sense of responsibility and urgency, we will take 3 to 5 years to implement the people-need and benevolent project to benefit the masses of all ethnic groups with the attitude of responsible for the history and the people .
