On the evening of May 30th, Wang Lequan, member of the Political Bureau of CPC Central Committee, secretary of CPC XJ Committee, met with Zhang Weiqing,director of Committee for Population, Resources and Environment under CPPCC in Urumqi.Wang Lequan said that, in recent years, CPC XJ Committee and XJ People's Government have intensified efforts in the coordinated development of population, resources and environment. Presently, XJ has walked on a favourable development road, he hopes the inspection group could put forward more suggestions to the work of XJ population, resources and environment, so as to foster sound and rapid economic and social development in XJ.
