On the morning of May 29th, Nuer Baikeli, deputy secretary of CPC XJ Committee, Chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region held talks with the inspection group of Committee for Population, Resources and Environment under CPPCC. He pointed out that, the principal function program of XJ should be planned in the light of the reality of XJ and the fundamental policies of the state. The program should be condusive to protecting ecological environment, and fostering sustainable development of XJ as well.
