During the training for the World Bank TCC5 A04—06 Project XJ regional meeting, experts from the poverty-relief project of the World Bank gave detailed explanation about the participation-based infrastructure,organization for creating extra income, project proposal writing and other relevant community-driven procedures.
The project mainly aims to carry out poverty relief work in townships and villages of ethnic areas.
