The World Bank TCC5 A04—06 Project is launched with 3.3 mln USD from the World Bank and 2 mln USD of supporting fund from the State Ethnic Affairs Commission. On May 26th, the XJ regional meeting on World Bank TCC5 A04—06 Project was held in Qinghe County. It is a sub-project of the implementation program on China's economic reform.
