On the morning of Dec. 25th, Smayi Tieliwardy, deputy secretary of CPC XJ Committee, Chairman of XJ Uygur Autonomous Region made an inspection in XJ tourism system and he pointed out that, XJ has abundant and colorful tourism resources. To push forward the exploration of tourism resource in XJ, is an important part of the implementation of advantageous resources transformation strategy. All relevant departments in all places should thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development and give priority to the exploration of special tourism resource. We should make efforts to build excellent tourism at state and world level and accelerate its development step, thus striving to make the tourism the most vigorous and advantageous industry in XJ. 

It is learned that, up to the end of this Nov, XJ totally received 400,000 men/times of foreign tourists, and earned 150 mln USD of foreign exchanges, respectively increase by 11% and 7.2% compared with the same period of last year. XJ also received19.24 mln men/times of tourists from inland China, and earned 17.5 bln Yuan of domestic tourist income, respectively increase by close to 20% compared with the same period of last year.
