I Project contents
By making full use of the existing production supporting facilities of the cooperation,
50,000 spindle comber yarn production lines will be added, equipped with seven airflow
spinning machines, forming the productive capacity of 200,000 spindle for the export of
comber yarn.

I Construction condition
Resource Condition: Rich in cotton resource, Xinjiang has cotton planting area of 15
million mu and an lint output of 2 million tons, of which Hami' s cotton planting area
and output reached 170,000 mu and 40,000 tons respectively.
Construction Condition: The cooperation is located in Hami Textile industrial Park,
which has formed a production scale 150,000 spindles. The facilities such as water,
electricity, gas supply and land, can well satisfy the demand of an enlargement project.
The feasible research report has been entrusted for Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.

I Market Estimation
The demand for comb yarns in the international market increases at the speed of 20%,
while the demand for comb yarns in the domestic market increases at the speed of 40%.
After the project has been implemented, it will realize an annual sales revenue of 296.2
million RMB, newly added tax 23.69 million RMB,profit 13.56 million RMB,and
the investment recovery deadline will be 4.8 years.
