   Construction Scale and Contents of the Project
The tourism and entertainment project that focus on salt culture, the total construction
scale is 15,000 square meters, brine bathing pool, dark mud cosmetic center, brine health-
keeping and rehabilitation center, water treatment place, arbor, yacht and other accessory
facilities will be constructed.

   Construction Condition of the Project
Shining Color Lake of Yiwu County (also be called as Tuerkule salt lake), the Uygur
meaning is calm lake. It located at northwest part of Salt Pool Town, and covers an area
of 29 square kilometers, there are underground fountains get together here, contains 3.78
million tons of salt and Glauber's salt, and the brine contains various kinds of elements
including calcium, iron, copper, zinc, iodine and sodium, etc. It has magic curative effect
to rheumatoid arthritis and many other skin diseases and can relieving rheumatism and
nourishes the face and body.

   Total Investment and Forms of Cooperation
The estimated total investment of project is 5 million Yuan.
