I Geographic Position
The mine is located at southwest of Hami city and about 155 kilometers from Hami, the
geographical coordinates is east longitude: 92~ 11 ~ 43"; North latitude: 41~ 52~ 34".

I Progress of the Project
The geologic departments has inspected primarily this mine in 1998, they found 2 mine
bodies, the length of mine vein of No.I mine body is about 100 meters, the actual circled
mine body is about 60 meters, the length of mine vein of No.II mine body is about 40 meters.

I Resource Condition
The metallic minerals are mainly natural gold and pyrite; gangue minerals are quartz and
calcite, the estimated ore is 1,456t, the average grade of gold is 6g/t, the gold metallometry is 8.23kg.

I Outlines for Geologic Working
Geologic general investigation has been carried out in mineralization zone: 1.1:10,000
geologic sketch 20 square kilometers; 2.1:20,000 rock scraps survey 20 square kilometers; 3.1: 10,000 geochemical profile survey 10 kilometers; 4. Trough prospecting 1,000 cubic meters.

I Estimation of Investment and Forms of Cooperation
The estimated project general investigation charges are 1 million Yuan.
Form of Cooperation: use prospecting right as shares to carry out risk exploration, joint
venture and cooperative cooperation forms can be used.
