I Geographic Position
The Hongliujing copper polymetallic mine is located at southeast of Hami City and about 160 kilometers from Hami, the geographical coordinates is east longitude: 94~ 36'30"-94~ 39~ 30" ; Northlatitude:41~ 36' 30"-41~ 38' 3"

I Resource Condition
By 1:5,000 geologic, gravity and magnetic method survey, found copper mineralization
condition, after drilling verify, proved that this mine has certain resources scale and mine body with high grade iron and copper, accompanying with minerals such as gold, silver, lead and zinc, etc. The length of mineralization alteration zone is 3 kilometers and the width of which is 60-90 meters, it has obvious layer-control characteristics. Now, 18 big and small copper mine body has been circled at eastern part of mineralization zone, the length of mine body is 80-200 meters, and the thickness is 0.47-2.68 meters, the average copper grade is 0.5-0.7 percent and the highest grade can reach 4.9 percent. Through survey of secondary halo of mine, copper abnormal zone with a length of 1,700 meters and a width of 200 meters has been circled.

I Outlines for Geologic Working
Geologic general investigation has been carried out in mineralization zone: 1. 1:10,000
geologic sketch 15 square kilometers; 2. 1:2,000 geological simple survey 2 square kilometers; 3. 1:5,000 geophysical profile survey 20 kilometers; 4. Drilling prospecting 3,000 meters; 5.Trough prospecting 2,000 cubic meters; 6. shallow well 50 meters.

I Estimation of Investment and Forms of Cooperation
The estimated project general investigation charges are 3.2 million Yuan.
Form of Cooperation: use prospecting right as shares to carry out risk exploration, joint
venture and cooperative cooperation forms can be used.
