I Description of the Project
As Hami enjoys abundant lime stone and coal resources as well as low electricity price,the project will use the technology of carbide- lime nitrogen -Cyanoguanidine,aiming to achieve an annual output of lime nitrogen 60,000 tons and Cyanoguanidine 20,000 tons.

I Construction Condition of the Project
The positive reserves of lime nitrogen in Hami stand at 400 million tons, and the annual production capacity amounts to 5 million tons at present. The predicted reserves of coal are 570.8 billion tons and the positive reserves are 38.8 billion tons. It has a variety of coals like prime coking coal, gas-fat coal, non-baking coal, long flame coal. Currently,the annual production capacity of coal and coke are 5 million tons and 200,000 tons respectively, and the price for high energy loaded industrial electricity is 0.28 RMB per kwh.
The project is designed to be located in Hami Heavy Industry Processing Zone, where
general planning has been completed and the infrastructure construction of" four supplies and one leveling"  has been launched, so the zone can satisfy the requirement of the project construction. Currently, the drafting of the project proposal is under way.

15,000 RMB is estimated to be invested in the project.
Form of Cooperation: it can be a wholly foreign fundedproject, joint venture or cooperative project.

I Market Forecasting
The main producing areas in China are Ningxia and Mongolia, with an annual output of 100,000 tons.50% of the products are exported to the United States, Japan, Korea and Europe, and the demand at home and aboard will increase by over 20%.
