II Description of the Project
Adopting the domestic advanced technology of electrolysis process, we are able to build the project of producing 1,500 tons calcium metal annually.

II Construction Condition of the Project
Resource Condition: Hami prefecture has formed the capacity of producing 50,000 tons calcium chloride annually. By the end of the  "llth Five  Year Plan" ,the production capacity will be 100,000 tons. It is convenient for the origins of raw materials.
Construction Condition: The project site lies in Hami heavy industry processing district with area of 9 km2, where a general planning and the infrastructure of "four supplies and one leveling ' has been completed, so it can meet the requirement of the project construction. The project proposal has been enlisted up.

II Total Investment and Forms of Cooperation
Total investment of the project is 20 million yuan.
Form of Cooperation: wholly foreign-funded, cooperative or others.

II Market Forecasting and investment return analyses
With the great need of metal calcium in the international markets, the need increases year by year. Only in Europe, the gap of need is 20,000 tons per year. It is the condition that the supply cannot meet the need at present. The project has a good market prospect.
