Xinjiang Medical University will continue its vision to strengthen and extend the achievements through carrying out sustainable development, and aggressively pursuing excellence. We are devoted to put every effort into making XMU the best university in Xinjiang.The importance of innovation and pragmatic approaches are not only essential for a nation’s development, but they also lie in the forefront of Xinjiang Medical University’s strategy.Mr. Li Bin, the Party Secretary of Xinjiang Medical University, and Mr. Muhammad Yasen, the President of Xinjiang Medical University, have announced these targets for our University. We will continue to carry out sustainable development in all our educational programs including the undergraduate and the post-graduate education, international student education and continuing education, as well as vocational education.

We aim to set up a university by 2020 that can provide up-to-date medical science courses and a modern system of medical education, and also various services for public health care in Xinjiang. By that time, various subjects such as Medical education, public health, medical science and research, medical information, and continuing education will be encompassed. We also hope to develop some other subjects, for example, administration and science to the humanity. We will continue to make our university an advanced place of study in China, and XMU will continue to be in the leading position in the field of medical teaching and research.
