Journalists learned from the Statistics Bureau of XJPCC that, in the first six months, the foreign trade of XJPCC develops well. The export is 1.3 times of that in the same period of last year, seeing big increase.

In the first half of this year, the total import and export value of XJPCC reached 4.044 bln USD, 1.2 times of that in the same period of last year, taking up 45% of XJ's total. Among that,the export value reached 3.82 bln USD, 1.3 times of that in the same period of last year, import value, 225 mln USD, an increase of 25%. XJPCC has accumulatively realized 3.595 bln USD of trade favourable balance.XJPCC mainly export 3 kinds of products, including ketchup, raw plastic materials and textile which is from inland provinces of China to Central Asian countries by making use of its location advantages. The exported ketchup of Chalkis Tomato Co.Ltd has taken up 80% of the European market.
